Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System, Harrisburg, committed up to $150 million to the Avenue Special Situations Fund IV, said Evelyn Tatkovski, press secretary for the $52 billion system. The fund had $4.6 billion, or 9.1% of its assets, in alternative investments as of March 31, including $1.1 billion in private debt and $3.1 billion in private equity. The system was also invested in the Avenue Special Situations Funds II and III as of March 31, according to the fund's website.
