Clarification: Lazard Ltd. reported assets under management of $83 billion at the end of the second quarter. Lazard Asset Management runs $73 billion of the total, while Paris-based subsidiary Lazard Freres Gestion manages $10 billion. The $83 billion total was reported in the Aug. 10 P&I Daily as being run by Lazard Asset Management.
