Summit Partners closed the $300 million Summit Partners Venture Capital Fund II and the $3 billion Summit Partners Private Equity Fund VII, said spokeswoman Dawn Ringel. Both funds invest in later-stage companies.
The $26.8 billion Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System, Harrisburg, has committed up to $25 million to the venture capital fund and up to $110 million to the private equity fund.
