An international value equity team joined Delaware Investments today, said Christina Ward, Delaware spokeswoman. Zoe Neale leads the group, which also comprises Edward Gray, Todd Bassion, Margaret MacCarthy Bacon and Lawrence Franko. Ms. Neale is CIO-international equity, senior vice president and portfolio manager; Mr. Gray, vice president and portfolio manager; Mr. Bassion, vice president and senior research analyst; Ms. MacCarthy Bacon, vice president and investment specialist; and Mr. Franko, senior research analyst.
The team came from Arborway Capital, which no longer exists, according to Ms. Ward. A call to Arborway was not returned.
Ms. Neale and Mr. Gray will co-manage the international equity portion of the Delaware Investments Global Dividend and Income Fund, replacing Damon J. Andres in that capacity, Ms. Ward said. Mr. Andres remains a portfolio manager on several other Delaware Investments funds. The group reports to Patrick P. Coyne, managing director and head of equity investments.
