Peter Yu, William Jarosz and Charles Mixon left AIG Capital Partners, confirmed Andy Silver, AIG spokesman. Mr. Yu was president and CEO; Mr. Jarosz, a managing director; and Mr. Mixon, vice president. Mr. Silver declined to comment on reports that Messrs. Yu and Jarosz were terminated and Mr. Mixon resigned. David Yeung will be president and CEO and has relocated to New York from Hong Kong. He was managing director and worked in AIG's infrastructure and emerging markets division. Mr. Jarosz's duties will be taken on by existing staff from AIG's Global Investment Group. Mr. Mixon won't be replaced; his duties will be assumed by Steven Guterman, head of business development for AIG's global investment group. Sources close to the situation said that talks about spinning off the private equity group had broken down, but Mr. Silver declined to comment on the matter.
