Forward Management will purchase Emerald Advisers' fund management and administration business, which includes the Emerald Growth Fund, the Emerald Banking and Finance Fund and the Emerald Technology Fund, said spokeswoman Victoria Odinotska. Terms were not disclosed. The three mutual funds have a combined $475 million in assets. The funds will be renamed with the Forward brand name but will continue to be subadvised by the current investment management teams at Emerald.
