Ben Utt joined INVESCO North America as team leader, distribution, of the Taft-Hartley group, said Bill Hensel, spokesman for parent AMVESCAP. He replaces Jonathan Siegel, who joined
Lazard Asset Management last spring. Mt. Utt was senior vice president, national sales manager of direct sales for AMVESCAP Retirement. Gregg Hyde, another senior vice president, will take Mr. Siegel's title too. Mr. Utt was an offensive lineman with the Baltimore and Indianapolis Colts from 1982 to 1989.
Leslie Beth Kramerich was appointed Investment Company Institute lobbyist for retirement security and tax policy. She replaces David W. Kemps, who joined Lincoln Financial Group late last year as a lobbyist. Ms. Kramerich, assistant labor secretary in charge of the Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration during the second Clinton administration, was most recently a principal in the Washington office of Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
