Montana Board of Investments, Helena, is reviewing Independent Fiduciary Services' preliminary report in the one-time operational review it is performing for the $6.2 billion system, said Carroll South, executive director. He said the report includes some recommendations about the system's asset allocation as well as proposed additions to its investment policy, but he could not disclose specifics.
Mr. South said IFS will likely present its final report at the board's February meeting, currently slated for Feb. 23.
