City of Anaheim (Calif.) Deferred Compensation Plan Fund hired Arnerich Massena on a per-project basis to create an RFP for a bundled provider, according to Cathy Woodward, treasury analyst for the city. ICMA Retirement, the $122 million 457 plan's current bundled provider, will be allowed to rebid, she said. The committee overseeing the plan solicits bids "every five years or so to make sure we have the best services." The plan does not have a consultant on retainer.
The plan offers 32 investment choices and is part of the $371 million California Public Employees' Retirement System's 457 Public Agency Deferred Compensation Program.
