Stamford (Conn.) Classified Employees' Retirement Fund officials plan to discuss, at a Dec. 9 board meeting, recent portfolio manager changes at Franklin Templeton Institutional, said Benjamin Barnes, director of administration. They are concerned about how the departures might affect the performance of an active international value equity mutual fund in which the $171 million fund has $14 million invested. Consultant UBS Financial Services is assisting.
