Wall Street executives' year-end bonuses will rise an average 10% to 15% this year, according to compensation consultant Johnson Associates. Incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and equity awards, will vary significantly, however, depending on the company and the sector. Investment bankers' compensation will likely be up about 25% this year, compared with increases of 5% or 10% for equity and fixed-income portfolio managers, Alan Johnson, managing director, said in a statement.
