Michael S. Raub and John T. Hogan were each named senior vice president-institutional sales at ABN AMRO Asset Management, said Andrew Thinnes, executive vice president-director of institutional sales. Both positions are new. Mr. Raub will focus on the Taft-Hartley market, while Mr. Hogan will target sales and client services. Mr. Raub was senior vice president and national director-Taft-Hartley and public funds at Columbia Management Group. Charles Salmans, spokesman for Columbia parent Bank of America, could not comment on a possible replacement for Mr. Raub by press time. Mr. Hogan was director and investment relationship manager at Northern Trust Global Investments. Christine Harmon, Northern Trust spokeswoman, said the firm is seeking to fill Mr. Hogan's position, but she did not have details or a timeline related to the search.
