Huff on watch for performance, said David Graham, fund spokesman. Officials at the $9 billion pension fund will review the firms quarterly, but no timeframe has been set for possible termination, Mr. Graham said. Fidelity manages a $246 million in active domestic small-cap to midcap core; Shenkman runs $175 million; and W R Huff, $154 million.
