Archer Daniels Midland Co., Decatur, Ill., expects to contribute $92 million to its pension fund in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, according to the company's annual report filed with the SEC. The company had $912.5 million in pension plan assets as of March 31, the latest data available; the accumulated benefit obligation for all pension plans was $1.2 billion as of June 30, according to the annual report. ADM's pension plans held 3.4 million shares of company common stock as of June 30, with a market value of $56 million.
