Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System, Harrisburg, returned 0.53% on its investments in the second quarter and 19.67% for the fiscal year ended June 30, according to Evelyn Tatkovski, spokeswoman. The $48.3 billion pension fund's domestic equity portfolio was up 1.36% for the quarter and 22.30% for the fiscal year; international equity was down 1.19% for the quarter and up 32.14% for the year; domestic fixed income was down 1.94% for the quarter and up 3.31% for the year; and global fixed income was down 2.72% for the quarter and up 4.89% for the year. The private equity, private debt and venture capital portfolio was up 5.2% for the quarter and up 20.63% for the year; and real estate was up 2.06% for the quarter and up 23.59% for the year.
