General Shale Products Corp., Johnson City, Tenn., added the T. Rowe Price lifecycle funds as investment options in its two 401(k) plans, which have a combined $31 million in assets, said Joanne Gilmer, manager of human resources and employee benefits. The funds replace the T. Rowe Price Personal Strategy funds; Ms. Gilmer said plan officials wanted to offer options that were "a little more user-friendly." T. Rowe Price manages is bundled provider of the 401(k) plans. Oxford Financial assisted. The plans, which mirror each other, offer 11 investment options along with the lifecycle funds.
