Pratt Industries USA, Conyers, Ga., named Swerdlin & Co., American Express, Fidelity and Ceridian Retirement Services as finalists in the $35 million profit-sharing/401(k) plan's search for its first bundled provider, said Jim Ross, director of administrative services, compensation and benefits. The plan's current record keeper, Great-West Life will be terminated because plan officials want a co-fiduciary, Mr. Ross said. The board will make a selection this week. The plan offers 23 investment options.
