The U.K. Pension Protection Fund is looking for three to five non-executive directors to assist in developing strategy, financial systems and controls and governance, said Vicki Kennedy, spokeswoman for the Department for Work and Pensions. They will also monitor performance and assist with hiring and compensation. The non-executive directors will have fixed terms of two to four years, with the possibility of renewal. The PPF is looking to make the appointments by September. Executive recruiter Odgers Ray & Berndtson, London, is assisting.
