Watson Wyatt Worldwide acquired KPMG International's Dublin-based pension and actuarial group. Terms were not disclosed. KPMG is exiting the actuarial business from certain European markets, said Bruce Wraight, a Watson Wyatt spokesman. Watson Wyatt will add 10 new staffers to its 50-person Dublin actuarial team, Mr. Wraight said; no job losses are expected. Neither Denis O'Connor, managing partner of KPMG in Ireland, or Raymond McKenna, KPMG's head of pensions, returned calls by press time.
