Bill O'Neill, Tom Elliott and Stuart Schweitzer were named to lead the global equity strategy for J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management. Messrs. O'Neill and Elliott will be based in London; Mr. Schweitzer, New York. The three, all members of the multiasset group, will keep their current assignments. They are taking on the duties Gary Dugan, who will head research for the private client business at Barclays Investment Services, London.
