Tallahassee (Fla.) City Employees' Pension Fund named Barclays Global Investors, INTECH, State Street Global Advisors and Goldman Sachs as finalists in the $830 million plan's search for a manager to run an enhanced S&P 500 portfolio, said Gary Herndon, city treasurer. The portfolio size has not been determined, but funding will likely come from reducing a $130 million BGI S&P 500 index fund, Mr. Herndon said. Interviews and a selection are expected within 60 days, he said. Segal Advisors is assisting with the shortlist search.
