Indiana Public Employees' Retirement Fund, Indianapolis, named Barclays Global Investors, Deutsche Bank Securities, Lehman Brothers, State Street Bank and a joint venture between Frank Russell Securities and Goldman Sachs as finalists in its search for one or more transition managers, according to a report provided by the $10.9 billion pension fund.
