Shaw Industries Inc., Dalton, Ga., added the Dreyfus Midcap Index fund and four Exeter lifecycle funds as investment options for its $530 million 401(k) plan, said Anita Thornton, manager of retirement and disability benefits. The Dreyfus fund was added to "round out" the plan's options, while the lifecycle funds offer participants "convenience, ease of understanding and instant diversification," Ms. Thornton said.
