Lakeland (Fla.) Employees' Pension Fund hired Loomis Sayles and Fidelity to run $65 million each in active domestic fixed income, said Gary Clark, executive director of the $400 million plan. Funding came from liquidating a Lehman Brothers intermediate bond fund run by State Street Global Advisors, where the money had been parked after two managers were terminated more than a year ago, Mr. Clark said.
