Gartner Inc., Stamford, Conn., added the J.P. Morgan Midcap Value, Artisan Midcap and SEI Stable Asset funds as investment options for its $180 million 401(k) plan, said Kevin Feeney, senior director for equity and retirement plans. The midcap funds are the plan's first in that asset class; the SEI fund replaced the Fidelity Retirement Money Market Portfolio fund, Mr. Feeney said. In a survey, plan participants indicated that they wanted a stable value option, he said. Portfolio Evaluations Inc. assisted.
Separately, plan officials will select one or more domestic small-cap equity investment options in two weeks, Mr. Feeney said. Officials are considering a shortlist of small-cap growth, value and core options, he said. No funds will be dropped. A date for implementing the change has not been set. Portfolio Evaluations is assisting.
Fidelity is the bundled provider. The plan offers 24 investment options.
