Chieko Okuda was named director of investment management services of the $26 billion United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, New York. She succeeded Henry Ouma, who retired at the end of 2003. Ms. Okuda had been an investment adviser to Citigroup Asset Management, Tokyo. Citigroup spokeswoman Mary Athridge said there are no plans to replace her.
