Martin Leibowitz, managing director of U.S. equity strategy at Morgan Stanley, and Don Ezra, director of strategic advice at Russell Investment Group, were named recipients of the Employee Benefit Research Institute's 2004 Lillywhite Award, EBRI announced today. Mr. Leibowitz joined Morgan Stanley earlier this year after serving as vice chairman and CIO of TIAA-CREF. He previously spent 26 years at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Ezra is a 20-year veteran at Russell. The award, named after Ray Lillywhite, who worked in the pension and investment field for 55 years, honors outstanding lifetime contributions to Americans' economic security.
