Gregory C. Voetsch was named executive vice president of equity sales and trading at Knight Trading Group Inc., Jersey City, N.J. It is a new position, in which Mr. Voetsch adds management of trading operations to his equity sales responsibilities. Also, Glenn T. Callen was named to head the new special situations trading group; he will develop a new component of Knight's cash equity trading for institutional clients. Information on whether he will be replaced as senior managing director of cash equity trading was not available.
