Illinois State Board of Investment, Chicago, will follow Institutional Shareholder Services' recommendations on voting proxies, pending the $10.5 billion system's revision of its proxy-voting policies expected later this year, said William Atwood, executive director. The move will supersede the board's longstanding policy of usually voting with the board and management on proxy issues, he said.
