Kosair Charities, Louisville, Ky., hired Integrity Asset Management to run $5 million in active domestic midcap value equities, said Melissa Buddeke, director of finance at the $200 million endowment. Funding came from midcap value portfolios run by Ariel Capital and UBS PaineWebber, which were terminated for performance, Ms. Buddeke said. Independent consultant Frank Thompson assisted. Officials at UBS PaineWebber and Ariel did not return calls by press time seeking comment.
