Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind., is searching for an executive vice president and treasurer, who serves as the chief financial officer of the university. Duties include oversight of the Purdue Research Foundation, which has, along with its affiliated funds, about $1.4 billion, and serving on its investment committee. Kenneth P. Burns, who holds the position, will retire Aug. 31. Jim David, director-budget and fiscal planning, said the university hopes to fill the position by July.
The university will begin reviewing applications April 15. Applications will continue to be reviewed until the position is filled.
