Jeffrey T. Long has been appointed managing director, head of equities at Commonfund, Wilton, Conn. He replaces Beth Schaefer, who left to become vice president of consultant relations at TCW Group Inc., Los Angeles. Mr. Long previously was a managing director at Citigroup Asset Management in Stamford, Conn. His duties there were assumed by others.
