D. Tysen Nutt Jr., lead large-cap value portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Plainsboro, N.J., is joining Delaware Investments, Philadelphia. Team members Robert A. Vogel Jr., Anthony A. Lombardi and Jordan L. Irving, also are moving to Delaware. Their new jobs are effective March 24.
The vacancies at Merrill Lynch will be filled internally, with transfers from the company's private portfolio management group that invests on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, said MLIM spokeswoman Megan Ochampaugh. Joel Heymsfeld, a MLIM veteran of almost three decades and an architect of the company's active U.S. large-cap value strategy, will replace Mr. Nutt. He will be assisted by research analysts Robert Moses, Richard Franzen and Jacob Silady, said Ms. Ochampaugh.
