Wyoming Retirement System, Cheyenne, will interview finalists Lazard Asset, Julius Baer, Capital Guardian and incumbent Putnam on March 18 in its search for a manager to run $300 million in active international equities, said Harry Wales, deputy director. Trustees of the $4.8 billion plan decided in November that it was their fiduciary duty to issue an RFP following market-timing accusations against Putnam, but the board "still has confidence in Putnam," Mr. Wales said. Mellon HR and Investor Solutions is assisting.
