Alliance Capital Management's assets under management rose $4 billion to $489 billion in February, compared to a $10 billion increase in January, the company announced today. Institutional money accounted for $276 billion of the February total, up $2 billion from Jan. 31. By product, $2 billion in institutional money flowed into the company's value equity funds and $1 billion flowed into fixed income, while Alliance's growth equity funds experienced a net $1 billion outflow.
