They are Borealis Infrastructure Corp., Oxford Properties and OMERS Merchant Banking Group.
Michael Nobrega is chief executive officer of Borealis Infrastructure; he had been principal and president of Borealis Capital Corp., which changed its name to Borealis Infrastructure after being acquired by OMERS. Michael Latimer, former managing principal and chief operating officer of Borealis Capital, was named president and CEO of Oxford Properties. Ian Collier, former managing principal and chief executive of Borealis Capital, was named CEO of OMERS Merchant Banking.
