Gay Lynn Bath was named defined contribution plan manager for the $606 million 457 plan of the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund, Salem, effective March 1. She is replacing Jon Springer, who is retiring. Ms. Bath is the defined contribution plan manager for the $112 million 401(k) plan at the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho, Boise. Minimum requirements are two years of experience with on-the-job training and workshops while working as a benefits analyst determining eligibility, vesting and applying IRS provisions for 401(k) plans.
