The State Street Investor Confidence Index slipped 3.1 points to 105.9 in January from the high of 109.0 for December. Paul O'Connell, director of State Street Associates, which launched the index last year, said it shows institutional investor confidence moderated over the past month, with the pace of reallocations to riskier asset classes slowing somewhat.
