Morrison & Foerster LLP, San Francisco, hired Arnerich, Massena as its $280 million 401(k) plan's first investment consultant, said Scott Hadley, benefits analyst. The consultant is reviewing the plan's 20 investment options, and some might be dropped to eliminate duplication, Mr. Hadley said. The review should be completed by mid-January. Any changes will be implemented April 1, when the plan goes live with new bundled provider Charles Schwab. Schwab was hired in September, replacing Merrill Lynch.
