Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Seattle, will add the Calamos Growth fund and drop the INVESCO Dynamics fund as investment options to its 401(k)/profit-sharing plan, said Rob Mumford, benefits administrator. The $115 million plan will drop the INVESCO fund for performance, Mr. Mumford said.
The fund had been on watch for a year, and plan officials decided to seek a replacement after reviewing second-quarter results, he said.
The change will take effect Jan. 1. INVESCO spokesman Bill Hensel could not be reached for comment by press time.
Also, plan officials placed the Janus Fund on watch because of the market-timing investigation as well as personnel changes at the firm, Mr. Mumford said. The fund will be reviewed quarterly, he said.
The plan offers 11 investment options. City National Investments is custodian, record keeper and trustee. UBS Financial Services is the consultant.
