Shelton S. Getter and John Lamb joined SSR Realty Advisors Inc., Morristown, N.J. Mr. Getter is a director and will focus on joint ventures, a new position. Mr. Lamb is acquisitions director; he is replacing Peter McNally, who became a portfolio manager in the core separate accounts unit, said SSR spokeswoman Linda Berry. Both were vice presidents at AEW Capital Management LP, Boston. AEW spokeswoman Martha Thurber did not returns calls by press time to comment on replacements.
