E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. Inc., Wilmington, Del., will contribute $200 million on an after-tax basis to its foreign pension plans as part of a $4.4 billion cash agreement announced today to sell INVISTA, its textiles and interiors unit, to Koch Industries Inc., Wichita, Kan. DuPont also is transferring the liabilities for the plans to Koch. The contributions are intended to make sure the pension plans, primarily Canadian, are funded, said a spokesman.
