Nashua Corp., Nashua, N.H., might seek a consultant to help review its $72 million 401(k)/profit-sharing plan, said Gail Warner, compensation and benefits manager. The company's benefits committee has met with bundled provider Fidelity to discuss fund changes among the plan's 20 investment options, Ms. Warner said. However, the committee would likely hire a consultant to conduct a formal review before any changes are made, she said. A consultant search has not been scheduled. Any review would be completed by the middle of 2004.
