Myra Drucker was named head of marketing at General Motors Asset Management, New York, as part of a realignment of top executives at the auto giant's money management unit. Ms. Drucker will continue in her roles as chief investment officer for GM Trust Bank and head of GMAM's flexible plan outsourcing business.
Previously, Jack Miller headed marketing under the title of vice president for business development. He is now CIO of Affiliated Funds with responsibility for investment matters relating to the firm's three main clients: General Motors Acceptance Corp. Insurance Holdings Inc.; GM Canada; and the GM VEBA Trust.
Susan Ezrati, who performed those duties as CIO of GM subsidiaries, now is vice president of client relations, a new position. She will report to Ms. Drucker.
Additionally, Chuck Tschampion and Ed Sullivan switched duties. Mr. Tschampion, formerly managing director of investment strategy and asset allocation and managing director for defined contribution plans, is now managing director for investment research. Mr. Sullivan, who had been vice president for investment research, is now managing director for investment strategy and asset allocation and managing director for defined contribution plans.
The changes were made to more effectively support GMAM's pension management business and better serve its clients, said GMAM spokesman Jerry Dubrowski.
