NS Group Inc., Newport, Ky., next week will review the 19 investment options in its 401(k)/profit-sharing plan, said Frank J. LaRosa, vice president of human resources and information systems. Plan officials put one option, the Janus Twenty fund, on watch because of a link between Janus Capital and an investigation by New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer into late trading, Mr. LaRosa said. No deadline has been set for the Janus fund's watch status; the semiannual option review is not likely to result in further plan changes, he added.
Fidelity is bundled provider. The plan has $67 million in assets, according to the Money Market Directory.
