NMB USA Inc., Chatsworth, Calif., might add one or two socially responsible funds as investment options in its two 401(k) plans, with combined assets of $59 million, said Claire Stubbs, retirement program manager. The company's benefits committee has been reviewing the area for some time, Ms. Stubbs said, but discussions are on hold because committee members have not found a fund that they like. Talks might resume after Jan. 1, she said. The plans, which mirror each other, would likely not drop any of the existing 19 funds to make way for additions, she added.
