The BISYS Group, New York, is searching for a chief executive officer to replace Dennis R. Sheehan, who is stepping down for medical reasons. Korn Ferry International, New York, was hired to assist in the search for the firm, which provides accounting and administrative services to pension funds and mutual funds. Further information was not available at press time.
Also, Fred Naddaff was promoted to president of BISYS Fund Services, a unit of the BISYS Group. He succeeds James Fox, who was promoted to chief financial officer of The BISYS Group last month. Mr. Naddaff was executive vice president of BISYS Fund Services; no information was available on his replacement.
BISYS Private Equity Services division, which supports 225 private equity funds with about $30 billion in assets, also hired Mark A. O'Connor as vice president of business development, a new position. Mr. O'Connor was executive director of CIBC Capital Partners, where he managed the firm's private equity fund investment unit. He will be based in the New York office.
