Kroger Co., Cincinnati, expects to contribute a total of $110 million to its pension plan over the fiscal years 2004 through 2006, according to a filing with SEC. The company contributed $100 million last February. The plan had $1.1 billion in assets and $1.4 billion in accumulated benefit obligations as of Dec. 31, according to other SEC filings. Officials at Kroger were not available by press time to provide details.
