Mark Hall was named president of the $378 million Wichita (Kan.) Employees Retirement System, and a new member of the $700 million Wichita Retirement Systems' joint investment committee. Mr. Hall, who had been first vice president, succeeds Janet Mullin, who resigned before the end of her one-year term to devote more time to her duties as joint investment committee member. Melinda Walker replaced Mr. Hall as first vice president; Sean Seamster replaces Ms. Walker as second vice president. All three will be up for re-election to one-year terms in September.
