Ray Miller, plan administrator at Zenith Administrators, the plan's administrator, declined to say why the change had been made. A source, who asked not to be identified, said the finalists in the search were Wurts, Watson Wyatt, R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Marco Consulting Group and Alan D. Biller. The plan has $450 million in assets, according to the Money Market Directory. Mr. Miller declined to say whether changes to the plan's asset allocation or manager roster were likely.
